Indian Woods is a new community of affordable homes, located almost mid way between New Bern and Havelock, just off Highway 70. Homes in Indian Woods run from the low $130s to the high $150s.
No home in the community is more than a couple of years old, and there will be construction continuing for at least a couple of years yet. This fact alone would suggest that the fine appreciation that homes in Indian Woods have enjoyed, should continue for some time to come.
