Cherry Branch

Cherry Branch is actually a group of several sub divisions, that collectively are known as Cherry Branch.  It is a rapidly emerging community that is especially popular with military, NADEP, and retired military families.  The community has a beach access area, a club house, with two (2) pools, two (2) tennis courts, and a horse stable for members of the various sub divisions.  This development has the largest number of families living in it at this time, and it is experiencing rapid growth, along with rapid appreciation of property values.  Homes in Cherry Branch range from the low $170s to the mid $460s.

It is roughly a fifteen (15) minute drive down Ferry Road (NC Highway 306) and NC Highway 101 to Havelock and the Base.
