Greenbriar

There is no community in the area that surpasses Greenbriar in its natural beauty.  Homes in Greenbriar are in the range of the $190s to the mid $480s.  Its winding streets, numerous cul-de-sacs and thousands of mature trees that were spared in the construction process, make it a rarity.  It is the home of arguably the most beautiful golf course in the area, having hosted many tournaments involving PGA professionals over the years. 

While there is still some construction going on in Greenbriar, it is a truly wonderful communitity that has reached its full potential.  There are several hundred homes in the subdivision, each one unique in its own way.
